Service Standards – How TwinkleTask Works in Your Home & On Your Property

TwinkleTask (a service of Minxen Inc, Texas) is committed to providing a warm, professional, and respectful experience from the moment our crew arrives to the moment your display is glowing. These Service Standards explain how our team operates on your property, the safety practices we follow, and what you can expect during installation and takedown.

OUR APPROACH TO SERVICE

ARRIVAL & COMMUNICATION

You’ll receive text updates when your crew is routed and when they’re on the way. Weather, traffic, or earlier delays may shift arrival windows, but we’ll keep you notified.

PROPERTY RESPECT & SAFETY

  • Ladders placed only on stable surfaces
  • No leaning ladders on gutters or fragile trim
  • Minimal roof walking—only when necessary
  • Non-penetrating clips used whenever possible
  • Adjustments made for safety or structural reasons

If a requested area is unsafe, our crew will recommend the closest safe alternative.

OUTLET ACCESS & ELECTRICAL EXPECTATIONS

  • Working exterior outlet required
  • Accessible GFCI areas
  • No tripped breakers or electrical faults

TwinkleTask is not responsible for GFCI tripping, overloaded circuits, or electrical issues unrelated to installation.

LANDSCAPING & OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT

We work carefully around landscaping, but are not responsible for:

  • Fragile plants in soft or wet soil
  • Damage caused by wildlife
  • Landscaper interference after installation

PETS, CHILDREN & HOUSEHOLD SAFETY

  • Pets should be secured away from work zones
  • Children should remain indoors or safely away
  • Work areas should be clear of vehicles and obstacles

HOME ACCESS & OBSTRUCTIONS

  • We require clear access to gates, driveways, walk paths, electrical outlets, and installation surfaces
  • Blocked access may result in deposit forfeiture and a $99 reschedule fee

CLEAN-UP & WORK AREA CONDITION

  • No trash or packaging left behind
  • Unused hardware removed
  • Cords secured and lighting checked

ON-SITE DECISION MAKING

Crews may adjust clip spacing, ladder placement, routing, or layout to ensure safety, longevity, and a symmetrical appearance.

WEATHER & SAFETY LIMITATIONS

  • Wet roofs
  • High wind
  • Lightning or severe storms
  • Slick surfaces or unstable ground

Safety limits may require pausing or rescheduling installation.

TAKEDOWN PROCEDURES

  • All lighting carefully removed
  • Property left clean
  • Clips may remain if removal risks damage

SafeKeep™ customers receive labeled, barcoded storage handled by TwinkleTask.

UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS

  • Wildlife or pet interference
  • Landscaping or mower damage
  • Homeowner adjustments
  • Electrical faults unrelated to our installation
  • Storm damage outside normal operating conditions
