If you do not choose Pay in Full, a standard 50% deposit is required to secure your installation. Your installation is not confirmed until your deposit is received.

REFUNDS, CREDITS & CHANGES (FOR BOTH PAYMENT PATHS)

  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • Cancellations more than 72 hours before installation may receive a one-time courtesy credit
  • Cancellations inside 72 hours result in forfeiture of the deposit

REFUNDS FOR PAY-IN-FULL BOOKINGS

If you pay in full at checkout, your payment includes the standard 50% deposit.

  • Cancellations more than 72 hours before installation may receive a refund of the portion above the 50% deposit
  • The deposit portion is non-refundable but may receive a one-time seasonal credit
  • Cancellations inside 72 hours are fully non-refundable
  • During blackout weeks, all payments are fully non-refundable
