Melody Hartwell – Founder & Chief Experience Officer
Melody built TwinkleTask to give families what she wanted for her own children — a holiday experience that feels warm, simple, and truly magical. With a background in psychology and marketing from Columbia University, she designs every part of the TwinkleTask experience around clarity, calm, and emotional connection. She leads our brand, experience, and holiday vision, and she makes sure every family feels supported from the moment they reach out.

Michael James – Director of Safety & Installation
Michael brings more than 15 years of home exterior and safety-focused installation experience to TwinkleTask. Calm, steady, and detail-oriented, he created our SecureInstall™ standards so families can feel confident knowing every roofline, ladder placement, and connection is handled with care. Parents trust him instantly — if it wouldn’t be safe on his own home, it won’t happen on yours.

Jessica Morales – Client Operations & Scheduling Lead
Jessica is the organizational heart of TwinkleTask. Warm, friendly, and always one step ahead, she manages scheduling, routing, confirmations, reminders, and customer care with the calm that every December needs. Families rely on her clear updates and thoughtful communication to keep the season running smoothly.

Faustino Delgado – Master Electrician
With more than three decades of electrical experience, Faustino ensures every display is safe, balanced, and built to last the season. He oversees outlet safety, load considerations, moisture-safe connections, and the behind-the-scenes electrical work most families never see — but deeply appreciate. He treats every home like his own, and his quiet expertise is part of what makes TwinkleTask so reliable.

Our seasonal crews are trained directly in TwinkleTask SecureInstall™ practices. Every team member learns how to protect new homes, respect HOA guidelines, handle equipment safely, route cleanly, and leave each property exactly as they found it.
